There is an eatery in Vasai by the name of the goddess Jagdamba. We visited the place one fine evening when we were craving for some yummilicious chaat items.
This place is very popular for its Dahi Puri.
We ordered Cheese Sev puri and Dahi puri. The quality and price, both were good.
Cheese save Puri was like a regular Sev Puri but with a prominent taste of Garlic Chutney. It was topped with a generous amount of grated cheese
Dahi Puri was heavenly. The Puris were filled with lot of Dahi (curd) & delicious chutneys. As you put the Puri in your mouth and bite all the filling oozes out & there's a party for taste buds. Dahi Puri was creamy, sweet & savory at the same time
It definitely is a must-try at Jagdamba Bhelpuri & Sandwich house
Note this: You have to eat Dahi Puri soon or it gets all soggy
The hygiene of the place is well maintained. We would definitely like to visit again and try out the other delicacies. They have a special cheese chat menu.
